
Lenses
Lenses are the most common optical parts. As a material for lenses we use optical glass of different types, salt crystals (KCl).

Sapphire optics
Due to its unique physical properties, sapphire can be used for the manufacture of optical parts operating under extreme conditions, i.e. at high temperatures, pressure, mechanical loads, in aggressive environments.

KYW crystals
Single crystals of potassium-yttrium tungstate (KYW:Yb), doped with ytterbium ions, α-KY (WO4) 2-Yb3 +, are used in lasers to generate ultrashort pulses (50-200 fsec). KYW:Yb single crystals are a unique laser material that allows laser diodes to be used most efficiently (efficiency> 50%).

Optics from Germanium

Three- and four mirror ophthalmic lenses
The lenses are designed for diagnostic purposes in ophthalmic practice. Ophthalmic lenses are used for visual stereoscopic study of eye ground and angle of anterior chamber.

Shaped glass
We manufacture shaped glass using method of bending dropping for personal eye-protection equipment (gas masks, protective glasses). We are ready to manufacture shaped glass out of flat glass for lamps (or other purposes) in accordance with customer’s documentation or sample.

Sciascopy frame
Sciascopy frame set is intended for use in ophthalmic practice for the objective determination of clinical eye refraction by the method of a shadow test-skiascopy.

Folding test for skiascopy
Folding test for skiascopy is designed for an objective determination of the back vertex eye refraction through skiascope method.

High diopter lenses
High diopter lenses: 5 dptr, 20 dptr, 30 dptr, 40 dptr, 60 dptr. The lenses are used for indirect ophthalmoscopy.

Lighting bundles
Bundles are made of optical fiber. Bundles are designed to transmit light in the visible spectrum. Bundles are applied in instrument engineering and automobile production.

Fiber optic tapers
Fiber optic taper is a hard fiber optic element made of optical fibers with an varying diameter. Fiber optic taper is designed to change the scale of the transmitted image, for the concentration of light energy.

Fiber optic elements (FOE)
Fiber optic elements FOE-180 (converters) are applied in the electron-optical systems for the image rotation at 180°.

Fiber optic plates (FOP)
Fiber optic plates (FOP) are used as the input/output windows of the image-converter tubes (ICT), as the screen of the electron-beam tubes and other optoelectronic systems.

Tubes & rods
Tubes and rods (glass, optically worked) are used for the manufacture of fiber optic products (incl. microchannel plates), measuring and special techniques.

Prisms
Prisms of different configurations: rectangular prisms, roof prisms, oblique angled prisms, pentaprism, rhombic prisms, retroreflective prisms, beam-splitting cubes, hexahedrons, octahedrons, three-mirror and four-mirror prisms-lenses (analogues of prisms according to Goldman and Van Boiningen).

Mirrors
We manufacture plate and spherical mirrors with metal coatings (aluminium), with external and interior coating, light-splitting, dielectrical coatings.

Plates
We manufacture plates used as optical windows for optoelectronic devices, protective glass, light filters, filters, substrates for mirrors and reticles, pressure glass, screen etc. according to the customer technical requirements.

Automotive optics
Aspherical lenses used in automotive dipped headlights and fog lamps are made of glass of own production. Performance - 30 thousand lenses per month. The quality and precision requirements of mechanically treated lenses are significantly higher than those obtained by hot pressing, which guarantees high lighting performance for modern lighting systems.

Cosmetic mirrors
Mirror with magnifying effect from one side is the mirror that you were looking for! Casing is made of the high quality material; the frame is made of steel.

Shaped glass
We manufacture shaped (spectacle) glass using method of bending droppingfor respiratory protective devices in accordance with technical conditions 5923-015-00288679-20056, hardened protective glasses in accordance with GOST R 12.4.230.1-2007. We are ready to manufacture shaped glass out of flat glass for lamps (or other purposes) in accordance with customer’s documentation.

KGW crystals
Monocrystals of our manufacture are characterized by high quality, high radiation resistance, low lasing threshold, high efficiency. We manufacture active elements of diameter 3-10 mm, length up to 80 mm according to customer’s drawings. We have possibility to grow crystals KGW with other activators.

Spectacle lenses
A distinctive feature of lenses is high resistance to scratching, stability of optical properties during long-term operation and in hot climate conditions.

Set of light filters
Demonstration set «Set of light filters» enables to make demonstrations in the section «Light phenomena» in the 8 form and in the section «Optics» in the 11 form.

Direct-vision prism
This set allows demonstrating light phenomena in the 8 form. Demonstration set «Direct-vision prism» enables to visualize spectra. The set represents cylindrical dural casing, inside of which there is triple Amici prism. Protective glass and plastic caps are installed on the ends.

Spectrum color wheel
Demonstration set «Spectrum color wheel» enables to demonstrate composition of spectrum colors in the section «Light phenomena» in the 8th grade.

Set of geometric optics
Demonstration set «Geometric optics» enables to demonstrate geometric optics laws and to prepare students for the laboratory work on optics in the section «Light phenomena» in the 8 form and in the section «Optics» in the 11 form.
